Trafalgar Square

I know the date of this photograph.  Since I can't see any other clues, I'm testing your fashion knowledge. What year do you think the above photograph was taken?

The location is Trafalgar Square in London.

its gona be a bit hard as people in London do not blindly follow fashion, as each has his own style.

Unlike here when something is in,suddenly everyone is dressed same.

I couldn't zoom in !! but i would say around 1997-1998

I would say mid 90's

Six, Eight pockets
Straight fit
Dirty blonde hair style
Waist strap belts
Sandals

This is not the 70s bellbottom era
nor the 90's parrel, baggy pants era.

I would say early to mid 80s.

Ok - I don't want this to become silly :)

Thank you for the guesses... In fact it was 2008! I guess they really are behind in London (or is it the tourists?)

I posted this after reading a post by Mark (of 248am) with photos of Kuwait in the '60s. It also reminded his photos from Munich. I looked again at the photos taken with my father's 30 year old camera and I was telling my wife that I would like to take it again on holiday to get the "vintage" look on some of the shots.

I thought of uploading a photo and seeing a reaction. Unfortunately most of them had clues of London in 2008 - and the above one doesn't really look that old.

Have a look at this post if you'vbe started reading my blog recently :)
