Istanbul Tulips

I'm finally getting round to looking at my Istanbul photos.  This week is very busy for me, but the weekend looks promising for some quality time with my Macbook. I need to also find some time to take new photos!  A friend of mine bought me a softbox some time ago, and it would nice to try some indoor macro photography.
Tulips are everywhere in Istanbul.  The streets are framed by them, flower beds in parks and gardens burst with colours you can't imagine.  They'd been put in at different times so some areas had mature beds, others were just starting to blossom.  Some were ordered neatly, with colours, lines and patterns; others were left less orderly but just came out just as beautiful.
